About RockSaw Press

RockSaw Press is an independent publisher of poetry chapbooks established in 2009 in the small town on Mankato, MN. Since our beginnings, we’ve published 13 chapbooks and have moved across the country to Spokane, WA.

We strive to be a working class press, supported by hard work and dedication. Currently, we’re only publishing through our Blue Skunk Poetry Series Contest, however, in the near future we plan to return to our previous publishing schedule of one contest winner and several general submission manuscripts.

Our mission is to publish the best work that comes our way. Work that informs and challenges. We keep our production in house, assembling our books by hand with the belief that manual work nets the best results in regard to the art of book making and the spirit of the independent press.
